'Casa San Isidro' is located in an urban residential area in Managua, Nicaragua. The house consists of three volumes situated at different levels, adapting to the natural topography of the land. To achieve both privacy and natural ventilation, the walls were strategically perforated with square holes following a geometric rhythm. The design is contemporary and sober, featuring continuous spaces and total integration from the interior to the exterior. Exposed wooden structural beams and slate stone contribute the warmth of local materials.
