Casa Gran Pacifica

'Casa Gran Pacifica' is situated with an ocean view in Villa del Carmen, Nicaragua. The use of exposed wood, natural stones, rustic clay tiles, and roofs with both dual and quadruple slopes featuring wide eaves emulates traditional Nicaraguan colonial architecture, translated into a more contemporary language. To ensure the best views and natural ventilation, the architectural program was divided into three volumes, allowing for the natural flow of air currents.
